Founder and CEO

Carrie Pacini is the Founder and CEO of EventBrokers, Inc., bringing more than 20 years of expertise in high-stakes hotel contract negotiation, conference production, and full-service meeting management. She is recognized for her rare ability to combine sharp negotiation skills with a producer’s eye for detail, guiding every stage of an event with precision, creativity, and insight.

Carrie began her career by producing and negotiating for her own nationally recognized conferences, including the award-winning Mom 2.0 Summit. Through this work she built long-standing relationships with hotel executives, production partners, and vendors across North America and Europe, partnerships grounded in trust, respect, and results. These connections now allow EventBrokers to deliver extraordinary value to clients who expect more than a venue broker; they want a true partner who understands the full landscape of event success.

Her portfolio spans both global and niche brands, from large-scale conferences with Unilever, LinkedIn, and Google, to bespoke activations for companies like Kia and Pinkberry. Beyond site selection and contracts, Carrie is deeply experienced in every layer of event design and delivery: negotiating speaking contracts with celebrity talent, bestselling authors, and leading influencers; collaborating with top creative partners on branding, online presence, and immersive on-site experiences; and overseeing essential production elements including stage design, videography, photography, and live streaming.
